Layers aren't recognized in QGIS when accessing thourgh https with self-signed cert

Happens even if an exception for the invalid cert was saved. The same layer directly as http works.

(note: we haven't tested it works with a valid certificate, maybe the issue is not linked to the certificate but to https setup)
