pum role grant only gives rights to the schemas and not the children of the schema

run after an installation

pum -s pg_tww_pum install -p SRID 2056

only allows rights to schemas and doesn't cascade these to schemas children (tables, views, types, functions, ...) .

@ponceta I would agree for functions, sequences, types and enums this was fixed in #152 and 48e8a38

for tables, I believe this was already achieved.
