Feature request: Support environment markers

Would it be possible to allow environment markers like sys_platform?

There are plugins like Deepness out there which would need that in order to use QPIP.

As far as I understand, these should be automatically supported by pip.
Since we use pip to install dependencies, I would assume, this works already.
