Issue with Numpy

I have a plugin that uses xarrays, to get that fluent I'm using a rather new version that requires numpy>2. Numpy>2 is not really supported yet but QGIS, allthough some version of it works:
qgis/QGIS#64745

So in my plugin (wind_rose_generator) / requirements.txt I've specified that I want to use numpy==2.2.6 but this fails to be detected:

The linked ticket qgis/QGIS#64745 explains why there's a conflict of numpy 2 with the OSGeo4W version of QGIS. We cannot change that with qpip.
I would also recommend to NOT specify specific versions of dependencies and rather go for minimum and/or maximum, as otherwise it's very easy to get in conflict with other plugins.
