Include publishing entity in email notifications

It looks like only the title is included in email notifications. Sometimes jurisdictions include their names in the titles, but other times they don't. It would help email subscribers like me know whether a particular email notification is relevant without clicking through.

Here's a screenshot of an email I got last week which demonstrates this issue. Note it doesn't say anything about "Green Party Onondaga County".

Once I click through, I can see the publisher
