As discussed in #19938 (comment), the Bosch SHC binding does not yet support the TemperatureOffset service for thermostats, which allows to get and set a custom temperature offset to be added or subtracted to the temperatures measured at the thermostats.

For this enhancement, the following devices need a new channel:

• Radiator Thermostat (first generation)
• Radiator Thermostat II (second generation)
• Radiator Thermostat II [+M] (second generation with Matter support)
