Entering wrong path in default main ui path makes app unusable

I naiively tried a path for a sitemap page (see example) for the default mainui page setting, and got trouble restoring the settings to normal, because the basicui has no button on the top right to open the side menu.

I think the idea to have the menu bar replaced by some mainui page, no matter what it looks like and whether there even is a button on the top right, is a bad idea. The menu bar should only be hidden if there actually is a button to replace the menu button with, which can actually be pressed.

Also, I think all mainui pages should be represented in the main side menu to the right of the app, instead of showing only the "home" mainui page in the right menu and the remaining mainui pages in the menu to the left only if the "home" mainui page is open.

@TAKeanice Could a fix be to not hide the navigation bar in didFinish, and instead only hide it when the page explicitly signals via goFullscreen() that it has its own navigation controls.
