What version of the Contributor Covenant Code of Conduct should we use?

I will paste some text below that @mlaurencin compiled in this issue #1417 which talks about whether we should use 2.0 or 2.1

However, version 3 is almost ready and the group working on it are being very intentional this time about collecting and incorporating community feedback.

Should we wait until this new version lands and be engaged in its development rather than figure out how to use v2.1?

I recommend we wait for version 3.0 because it has significant yet important updates that I support. I provided feedback in the link you shared. Thanks @joesepi and @mlaurencin!
