Move kepler user guides to open format to enable updating

We would like to merge our geoda & openassistant documentation with kepler's user guide but can't do this since it's locked behind a GitBook account from previous Uber times.

If someone could move the user guide to an open format, so we can merge, we'd appreciate it.

We're hoping for some guidance on how to support GeoDa in how to access and move the Kepler documentation.

Could you possibly clarify what the problem is? It seems that this is an issue with some documentation not being controlled by the project but it's not very clear.

@jkoschinsky please jump in if I'm incorrect, but Kepler is part of GeoDa and the documentation needs to move to GitHub, but the GeoDa team are unable to access the documentation because it's in a GitBook account that they do not have access to. The OpenJS team does not have any knowledge on how GitBook works, so we don't know where to start in terms of getting access to the account.

I suppose a good next step would be to know if any CPC members have experience with moving documentation from GitBook to GitHub, or alternatively, if the CPC knows anyone in the right space at Uber who might be able to get access to the Kepler account.

If we want to update the documentation with newer and modern-looking documentation tool, I suggest: mintlyfy or, as suggested, vitepress.

Additionally, we could consider organizing the documents and hosting them simultaneously using the same tools for Geoda and Kepler.gl.
