Update website to match stage name changes #1604
Description
A while ago, we adopted new language to talk about emeritus projects and distinguish complete projects (which still received security patches) from archived ones (which don't). See table.
The projects page of the website needs to be updated to account for this terminology change.
It would be good to add a bit of language to Archived and Complete sections of that page that explain the difference between the two.
