The new CoC policy (merged) is more explicit in what it requires from projects that want to manage CoC reports themselves.

Let's make sure that the onboarding and post-graduation checklists match those requirements. We should also ensure that the following questions are addressed in the onboarding documentation:

1. What constitutes “adopting the code”? Full replacement of project’s original CoC, adding in clause acknowledging OpenJSF's CoC, other?
2. How does a project show they have adopted the code?
