Exploring Delegation Options for Security Reporting #286
Description
I recently noticed that projects have the option to delegate Code of Conduct (CoC) reporting responsibilities to the Foundation (something Express has done recently). I believe we might consider offering a similar delegation option for security reporting.
While this approach may not be ideal for Impact projects, it could be a practical and helpful solution for projects in the At-Large category or Emeritus
