[feature request] enable tracing of major sandbox api

What would you like to be added:

1. enable tracing using OpenTelemetry
2. generate tracing span for major sandbox api: including create, pause and checkpoint restore

Why is this needed:

1. enable faster performance diagnosis and profiling
