First Iteration

• outline roadmap of current Tribute framework internal and community
• DAO scenarios or shape types
• basic proposal outline for grants, snapshot or informal voting
• stack rank features, tooling of what can improve the developer experience
• notion or other location for internal and external proposals

Grant ideas

• improve DAO tooling - define MVP prior to chain or L2 ports / deployment
• (except where EVM is as simple as adding provider to hardhat-config
• minimizing code involve for writing new adapters, stand alone project with scaffolding for adapters
• identifying algorithmic or feature work vs adapters
• identify common services or pain points and how to encapsulate them, snapshot, subgraph
• identify DAO templates which would be nice to have for common structures
• identify DAO UX which are easily templated or customized for the above common structure
• identify or use Grant DAO as an example of the process of defining requirements, and decisions, and customizing Tribute for the application
• bridges for hybrid Tribute solutions partial on L2 and settlement on L1 etc
