Latest npm version not rendering data

I dont have a lot of info to share due to working with a client under NDA and time constraint, but locking to 13.0.1 so that 13.1.0 doesnt get installed solves my problem of not being able to render a vector tile layer with data and a style spec coming from ESRI server.

Maybe because of #1345 - are you setting the layerName property in the MVT format anywhere?
