Unaddressed requests from our grant:

• Allow books to be assigned to multiple categories, Select multiple categories #24
• Allow a chapter to have multiple formats (without having to duplicate the chapter)
• Peer Reviewed checkbox, Indication of peer review #35
  • The peer reviewed books checkbox does not show up in the front end of the Books catalog after being toggled
