Feature request: editor reminders

Janeway currently has reminders for reviewers and authors, but not for editors. I would particularly find the following useful:

• Editor reminder that a revision has been submitted.
• Editor reminder that all reviews have been submitted.
• Editor reminder that they have been assigned a paper.

I second, third, and fourth this request! Editor reminders would be hugely helpful. There are digest email templates (editor_digest, reviewer_digest, and revision_digest) that are supposed to give regular updates on these tasks, but they've never fired for us, at least according to our logs. I haven't found a way to see these types of notifications sent unless they're attached to an article/in an article log, and I've never received a digest myself despite being listed as having all roles (press manager, journal manager, editor, section editor, author, reviewer, copyeditor, proofreader).
