Options for AI disclosure, other required documents during submission

We currently handle questions about AI use and related publications through required additional submission fields. Our authors also need to submit a signed author agreement (digitally signed PDF) with their submissions, but they often miss this step since Janeway doesn't flag the document as required. Might Janeway eventually develop built-in ways for authors to attach required documents like separate cover letters and author agreements, and to acknowledge/disclose AI use up front? It seems like AI, especially, is something that isn't going away for authors. Thanks for considering!
