Suggested Feature: Collaborative Editorial Discussion Area

One of our prospective journals, which currently uses OJS, has asked about whether or not Janeway has a discussion feature that allows for editorial boards or groups of people to collaboratively edit / discuss an article. Throwing this out there to see if anyone else might find this useful.
