Feature to add extra items to the navigation bar with links to separate journal pages

GH issue transferred here to open up to discussion to the wider userbase:
"We have mix of gold open access journals, freely available journals with a moving wall and expired journals with a PDF archive. We would like to give a more prominent display of our Gold open access journals on the Press pages.

A feature to add extra items to the navigation bar with links to separate journal pages (for example Journals, Journal archives, etc.), much like the existing feature to have a separate 'conferences' page."
