Locations for custom organizations in affiliations #5225
Description
User story
Currently, if I create an affiliation using a custom organization (i.e. not in the ROR registry), then I cannot edit the location. ROR-linked organizations have locations already, so I would like the ability to add locations to custom orgs as well.
Proposed solution
With custom organizations, allow users to search for and add locations that already exist in the database and have Geonames IDs.
