+This Code of Conduct defines acceptable behaviors to promote high standards of professional practice as part of the COBOL Programming Course ("Project") community.

+As a Series of LF Projects, LLC, the COBOL Programming Course adopts the LF Projects Code of Conduct listed at [lfprojects.org/policies/code-of-conduct](https://lfprojects.org/policies/code-of-conduct/) which applies to all participants of the Project.

+## Slack Guideline

+The Project maintains a [#cobol-programming-course](https://openmainframeproject.slack.com/archives/C011NE32Z1T) Slack channel within the Open Mainframe Project Workspace, which can be joined by registering at [slack.openmainframeproject.org](https://slack.openmainframeproject.org). It is important that conversations on the channel stay on topic and that everyone abides by the LF Projects Code of Conduct.
