Prefer OSM over Wikidata for names in local language #105
Description
As described in OpenMapTiles issue openmaptiles/openmaptiles#1577, it would be great if the name tag from OSM is also used for translations for a given language (e.g., name should be used for name:es in Spain if the second is not defined).
