Compilation failed with xtensor >= 0.26.0 #3432

Bug Description
Compilation failed due to code reorganization in xtensor repository (xtensor-stack/xtensor#2829).
Steps to Reproduce
Follow the instructions Manually Installing from Source for macOS
Environment
OpenMC develop branch, macOS on Apple M3 chip.
Notes
The compilation and installation was success after changing the xtensor include path manually. Or probably using script (not tested) as mentioned here (xtensor-stack/xtensor#2851). The other option maybe downgrade the version of xtensor.
