Release "Create MCP" Dialog MVP

Description
Implement the "Create MCP" Dialog, as described / designed in the Mockup / User flow task #115 .

The MVP should cover the following:

• MCP mandatory data:
  • Name
  • Displayname
  • Namespace (should be possible to prefill ?)
  • Charging
• Members Table

Note that the components section is not required in this MCP.

Done Criteria

• Code has been reviewed by other team members
• Internal technical Documentation created/updated
• New / changed code is documented
• Unit Tests created for new code or existing Unit Tests updated
• Integration Test Suite updated
• Enduser Documentation updated (if applicable)
• Successful demonstration in Review
