GitOps-ify End-users through UI

Description

We preach infrastucture must go into code and that must live in a Git Repo.

We want to encourage end users to go this path. While exploring ManagedControlPlane or a new landscape setup, it makes perfect sense to not do GitOps and apply manually.

• Deep integration into openMFP, Hyperspace Portal GitHub integrations
• Move content from MCP to repo
