Reuse Create `MCP` Dialog for EDIT

Description

We have a Create MCP Dialog. Lets reuse the component and allow Editing of an ManagedControlPlane

Acceptance Criteria

Allow end user to Edit

• Members

• Components

• Charging Target

• Members

• display name

• As this is a crictical Write operation - please test with extra care :-)

• On Edit / Not Create, allow skipping between steps of wizard

• Last page showing the yaml, visualizes the Diffs (Green & Red!!!!)

• Always show Close button

• Add Edit Button to actual ManagedControlPlane Details page

• Stretch: Quick Jump from (Components, Members Tables to the relevant Wizzard Step)

• Stretch: Use Validation (kubectl dry run [@maximilianbraun / @n3rdc4ptn ] https://kubernetes.io/docs/reference/kubectl/conventions/#kubectl-run)

DO NOT allow end user to Edit

• Namespace & Name

Out of Scope

• IDP configs as they are not yet availale in the UI in the first place
