Understand the Task
Description
Currently users can only connect to their MCP cluster, if all components are ready.
This is not needed and could also result in MCPs not being accessible in the UI, if the MCP updates a component.
- We need to define the critical components needed for connection @n3rdc4ptn
- Allow the connect button to be used, whenever the critical components are ready
What is required to accept the Task as done.
Done Criteria
- Connect to MCP when API servicer + Authentication + Authorization are ready (ignore Not_Ready or other broken components)
