Make Resource and Provider Status More Accessible

Current State

Currently, we visualize the status of managed resources and providers using two icons (Synced, Ready / Installed, Healthy).

To view the details, users have to inspect the YAML file.

Proposed Change

• We should display relevant log messages more prominently (see, for example, the status of the MCP).
  
• Re-evaluate whether the tooltip showing the last transition time is still necessary or if it could be better integrated into the new UI.
