Fetching data breaks user experience

Context

Our UI is supposed to give confidence, simplicity and peace of mind.

Steps to reproduce

• Open MCP detail screen
• Move shown area in Graph, do some zooming, move around
• or open a YAML modal

WAIT..... (even if 5 mins!)

Expected

• Modal stay open
• Graph doesnt rerender

Actual

• Modal is getting closed
• Graph rerenders to initial mode

You can reproduce this reliably e.g. by switching tabs.

The root cause is probably useProvidersConfigResource not distinguishing between isLoading (first data fetch) and isValidating (subsequent fetches).
