This PR describes 3 problems in our current release note setup

Issue No. 1

When releasing a new version of one of our operators, you might see something like this:

one release note

another release note <------ with the second release note it breaks, because just one is expected?!

Additionally, every link gets two ## rendered into the template, see

Issue No. 3

It feels a bit odd, that the release note of the release itself gets rendered into the template.

Is there a way to remove it from the template?
