Link UI/Portals of managed resources

Description

As a user of this webapp, I appreciate how it brings information/configurations that used to be stread over numerous tools/pipelines/UIs/portals etc. into one common place.

Nevertheless, I sometimes would like to jump into those detailed UIs.
Managed Resource doesnt conain this link in Yaml? Ignore it

Acceptance Critera

• KymaEnvironment shows button to jump to the underlying Kyma Dashboard

• BTP Subaccount shows button to jump to underlying BTP account in Cockpit

• AWS Account leads to underlying AWS Account Console

• CloudFoundryEnvironment shows button to jump to the underlying Org in BTP Cockpit

• Open Component Model Gear

• Gardener Shoot leads to underlying Gardener Project UI

Out of scope

• We do not link the underlying Gardner Project or other infrastructure this ManagedControlPlane runs on
