Revamp tabs and divide them in main sections and subsections

Regarding the Bento prototype: Keep using Tabs in Page Header (well known pattern), instead of scrolling, Show Modal -> re-vamp navigation model to fit existing Bento PR

Acceptance Criteria

• Page Tabs are in place showing all installed components (e.g. Crossplane, Flux, Landscapers)
  • Hide tabs of components which are not installed #293 adds dynamic checks for installed components
• We use the Page Sub Tabs to show Resources beloning to a component (e.g. ProviderConfig, Managed Resources...)
• On click, Detail page navigates to selected Component view
