Show Service icons of `ServiceInstances`in UI Resources

Description

As a user of UI I want to understand at a glance as much of my landscape as possible.
ServiceInstances can originate from CF and BTP Crossplane Provider.

This mechanism can also be considered for DBs, Redis, Networks, and volumes coming from any other source (Openstack, AWS, Azure etc.). So extensibility long-term schould be considered.

Acceptance Criteria

• ServiceInstances BTP/CF resolve Service image from lib (Graph Card + Row in Table)
• ServiceInstances show default icon if not resolved
• Img resolution is setup in an extensible, open mechanism, to allow this for any provider in the open-source field
• Do not show any icon if none found, this is expected behavior

I have asked the colleague if there is a mapping between technical service names and those SVGs.

Actually there is more metadata we could potentially use. like service description etc.
