Improve error handling for create GitRepository #366

Description
With #330 users can create GitRepositories with out UI.
When an error occurs we show an apparently generic error message which comes from the backend.
The backend returns a lot of other error messages detailing what exactly went wrong, for example:
Tasks
Instead of showing a toast message, we should visualize the error messages in a dialog.
Is there a spec file for these error messages?
