As OCM decided to remove v3alpha as the component descriptor, we need to change the releasechannels ocm descriptor to the v2 which is the current stable one.
This helps us to can our images through the ocm delivery gear as it only supports v2.

- OCM components in releasechannel are v2
- migration of already existing registries is possible
- Code has been reviewed by other team members
- Internal technical Documentation created/updated
- New / changed code is documented
- Unit Tests created for new code or existing Unit Tests updated
- Integration Test Suite updated
- Enduser Documentation updated (if applicable)
- Successful demonstration in Review
