User Story: PoC for the openMCP Operator

Understand the Task

Description
We should create a quick draft implementation in PoC-Style for the openMCP Operator, to validate our assumptions.

It should cover:

• Deployment and update of at least 2 MCP Providers
• Demonstrate how the MCP Landscape OCM Component and the openMCP Operator relate / work together, so that OCI images are taken from a local OCI registry (we discussed a mutating WebHook to do this)
