Documentation: Align, rework, simplify OTEL setup #65
Description
Context
Throughout our code base and documentation of this repository, we have many occurrences of "Dynatrace" examples etc. Let's switch to examples that are not tight to proprietary tools. Instead use Grafana examples or other tools that support OTEL to be used as DataSink.
Tasks
- update README examples to use open source OTEL tool such as Grafana
- add Screenshots and short video that helps understand the use case and value of the metrics-operator
- prepare and outline more guide & user stories that support "how you can use metrics-operator with tool XYZ"
- ...

- Clear guidance how to install and best practices
