Anyone else keep getting timeout errors

I'm using the npm package and I keep getting Timeout errors for different endpoints

@Annastacia-dev, do you use the Cloud's baseUrl: 'https://openmeter.cloud' when creating a client, or do you use another OpenMeter backend?
