- Added missing standardized CIEL laboratory test concepts - Adds 5 new concepts including hemoglobin in umbilical cord blood (required for reference ranges work) - Removes 9 local AMPATH concepts (4293-4303) superseded by CIEL standards - Net change: 507 → 511 concepts (+4) New concepts added: - 1038: Neisseria gonorrhoeae polymerase chain reaction, qualitative - 159650: Cerebrospinal fluid appearance - 161153: Partial thromboplastin time - 163001: Indirect bilirubin in serum or plasma - 170239: Hemoglobin in umbilical cord blood (mg/mL) Removed local AMPATH concepts: - 4293-4300, 4303: Superseded by standardized CIEL equivalents

Purpose
This update standardizes laboratory test concepts by migrating from local AMPATH concept IDs to internationally standardized CIEL concept IDs with proper terminology mappings. The new collection includes hemoglobin in umbilical cord blood (170239), which is specifically needed for the reference ranges work.
