This is just a short Git hub wiki for TestON. Please checkout our official ONOS project wiki for in depth information on ONOS and TestON.
- Test Strategy: Systematic approach to End to end Test. Focusing on in-house development projects - ONOS, Flowvisor, NetVisor, Mininet, SDN-IP and etc. inter-operating with multi-vendor switches and controllers.
- Test Coverage Areas: Functionality, Stress, Scale, HA, resilience/longevity with negative triggers, some end to end performance measurements.
- Test Process: Testplan Creation (also provide test cases to Paxterra for automation using TestON), Testplan review, manual test execution, automation, repeated script execution (regression testing).
- Result Tracking: Document test results, issues found and scale/performance measurements in OnLab Test Wiki
