Update the reporting workflow outputs

Would be nice if the reporting workflow automatically outputs:

* The raw outputs (it already does)
* All of the relevant information that needs to be passed to the website to publish the results
* A preview of the results
* A QC report

If any of these steps fails, the rest should still be published (e.g. if the result review fails but the QC report succeeds).
