Adapt metrics in 3+ batches scenario #32
Description
Once a metric has been implemented, add it to the list below.
Mark the metrics which are able to run for datasets with more than 2 batches (i.e. more than one validation sample is possible for a given integrated sample)
- emd
- number of inconsistent peaks
- average batch r2
If a metric is unmarked, a strategy for handling 3(or more) batches scenarios still needs to be implemented
