Debian 11 and 12 GPG keys appear to be expired

Same issue as #10 for Debian_11, Debian_12 and Raspbian_11

I have worked around the issue using the key file from the xUbuntu_24.04 repository.

Thanks, I've triggered rebuilds for all distros now, so the new key from OBS should be "published" in the repository. Should hopefully be all done in a few minutes.
