The alpine-apk Dockerfile is building with Alpine 3.18 which was End of Support on 2025-05-09

That alpine-apk flavor follows OpenResty upstream. Per that link, 3.18 is the latest release they build against.

I am going to leave this open to help track. Perhaps it should be in the documentation for now. Thanks for the report!
