Weather data processing not precise

When disabling weather data file generation the ingester is not precise. Charts, text etc. are still generated. Many users don't care about this low res stuff and the files add up quickly and are a pain to manually delete. Please add the appropriate product/sub-product ids to make weather data disablement more accurate.
