New container not available on OSG #479

3 weeks ago I have opened a pull request to include a new container (#478). In theory it should be located at /cvmfs/singularity.opensciencegrid.org/tomasz.baka/tgr-docker-image/bilby_tgr:latest. But it is still not there. My colleague faced a similar problem in the past when the pipeline in this repo broke and started failing, which appears to be happening again. Could you confirm if that would be causing my problem?
