Bump minimatch and @fullhuman/postcss-purgecss

Removes [minimatch](https://github.com/isaacs/minimatch). It's no longer used after updating ancestor dependency [@fullhuman/postcss-purgecss](https://github.com/FullHuman/purgecss). These dependencies need to be updated together.

Updates `@fullhuman/postcss-purgecss` from 4.1.3 to 8.0.0
