[FEATURE] List remote snapshot indexes (including data-stream backing indexes when supported)

Is your feature request related to a problem?
Remote snapshot indexes are not visible in the index list.

What solution would you like?
Display indices from remote snapshots in the Indexes view (and optionally in Backing indexes of Data Streams) once OpenSearch supports restoring data streams backing indexes).

What alternatives have you considered?
Currently none.

Additional context
Data stream snapshots still don’t support restoring data-stream-backed indices. Still, it would be useful to see remote snapshot indices in the index list for inspection and management.
