[CSAPI] Sensors do not report observation status in UI

Capturing this here as the Botts-inc repo doesn't allow for contributors to create issues.

CSAPI does not show that observations were sent in the UI the way that SOS-T gave an okay message and time between messages.

not a functionality issue, just UI.
